South Africa is going vegan

More and more people I know are becoming vegan. Some for health or environmental reasons and others for the moral and ethical reasons. What ever their reasons are, the fact is that it is becoming a popular lifestyle for all its benefits.

- Namibian annual seal massacre -

Today heralds the opening of the Namibian
seal slaughter........

In Johannesburg, my family and I joined in one of many global protest marches
to create awareness.

Coolest tea with the coolest taste in the coolest can....

After having a can of my favourite 'Lime & Ginger' flavoured Bos ice-tea I just had to share how great it tastes and how much I love this 'viby' company!

In my Afrikaans culture 'Bos tee' means Rooibos tea and to me this is just SO tongue in cheek that you've just got to love it! The company combined this with a spunky Afro pop look and feel and a different take on the word 'Bos' - I think it is brilliant.

They are available in many different flavours, all delicious. I also love the fact that it is preservative, colourant and caffeine free - wired for wellness as they call it. So now you can go 'Bos' and have as many as you like!
