This recipe has been adapted from my vegan friend Danet's 'Cashew Nut Cheese' recipe. It is scrumptious and never fails to please. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 tbs nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
250g raw cashew nuts
150g peppadews
1/2 cup extra virgin oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Method:
Whiz first five ingredients in blender or food processor until nuts are liquified.
SLOWLY drizzle in oil to thicken and then add lemon juice after oil has been incorporated.
